Are you a fan of rice paper images, but are not sure how to use them? We are offering a class to explore the properties of rice paper with tips and tricks on how to use it. Whether you are a beginner or have had experience using rice paper, this class will give you the chance to try some techniques and do an art journal spread. We look forward to seeing you there!
As usual, we ask that you do not use your loyalty points when purchasing a designer class.
Please bring your art journal/mixed media basics:
A5 journal (or mixed media paper for a double-page spread)
Water-reactive inks (ie. Distress inks, Oxides)
Archival ink (black)
Black marker
White gel pen
Adhesives
Scissors
Coloring pencils (whatever you have)
Spritz bottle with water
Paint brushes (at least 1 flat and 1 detailed)
Container for water
Blending brushes
Your favorite embellishments and mark-making stamps
Paper towel
Wipes
Craft mat
