I'm all confused... so many to choose from...Where to start??? I'm looking for EASE of USE... I don't want to spend 3 hrs on editing...

Start with Picasa - it's free, and has a lot of functionality!

I agree with JJ. Also - your camera may have a software too, give it a try, they are usually quite basic
